In these sessions we will practice:

Restorative Yoga Workshop
with Brandi
Explore the restful practice of Restorative Yoga
as we tap into the unconditional loving that resides
with in each one of us.
We will cultivate a greater sense of loving from within to
better love ourselves and others
Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice wherein the
practitioner is guided through a series of
meditations and thoughtful visualizations while the body is held and
supported by bolsters, pillows,
and blankets. By resting deeply, the body engages its natural ability
to heal and rest. The effect is
profoundly nurturing, thoughtful, and balancing.

$15 pre-register $20 at the door

Saturday February 25th 1:15-3:15p
Register by Feb 18th $20! after full reg. $25
with Heidi Rocke
From downward dog to handstand, inversions are the culmination of an active vinyasa practice. The ability to “turn you world upside-down” has truly revolutionary benefits for your mind and body. When the body inverts it facilitates blood flow and lymphatic drainage, releases endorphins, and completely changes your perspective on yourself and your world! This 2 hour workshop introduces the fundamentals of inversions, including shoulder and hip alignment, weight distribution, and core integration.
Using a variety of props and special techniques, we will apply these components to headstand, forearm balance, and handstand.
