Foundations of Flow Yoga-This class was designed as a link from the basics taught in the beginner’s yoga class and builds into a flow class, where poses are linked together utilizing the wisdom of the breath. This class is great for all levels of experience and practice because multiple variations and options will be given to suit your level. For beginners or people who haven’t practiced in a while this is a great way to focus on the basics of alignment and ease into a flow practice to deepen your practice by building on what you know. For experienced yogis this is a way to bring a deeper awareness to your practice, cultivating a deeper understanding of your body in the postures to prevent injuries and be mindful of any existing injuries or bodily discomforts and to modify to the level you are ready to deeper levels.
Rise & Shine Yoga- A great way to start your day! Classes begin with gentle warm up poses to wake up your body and gradually adding sun salutations and energizing poses. Leave feeling relaxed and yet energized ready to start your day. All levels welcome.

Embodied Belly Dance- The graceful hip drops, rolls, and pivots of this dance form utilize muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine, and neck, working with the body instead of against it. Relax Deeply Yoga-This class will combine gentle warm ups and stretches with Restorative Yoga. Restorative yoga utilizes bolsters, blankets, and blocks as a way of supporting the body into a deeper state of relaxation. Aztec Dance -This class is a Danza Azteca conditioning class. There is a strong cardio component to the class, but people can move at their own pace. Dress should be loose fitting clothing. Shorts and and medium length skirts work well. Bring rattles and bandanas if you have them. The class emphasizes muscle and joint strength especially in the lower body. Back to Top
Nia- is a fitness class that engages your mind, body, emotions, and spirit, inviting release of unwanted stress, weight, and pain. It is a fitness fusion class composed of 9 movement forms: Dance Arts 1) Modern Dance, 2) Duncan Dance, and 3) Jazz, Martial arts 4) Tai Chi, 5) Tae kwon Doe, and 6) Aikido, Healing arts 7) yoga, 8) feldenkrais, 9) the alexander technique. Nia provides a wonderful cardiovascular workout and great music that is inspiring to move to. It is traditionally done barefooted.
Conquer & Flow Yoga- An open level but strong yoga class (translation: no brand newbies) featuring challenging, flowing vinyasa sequences, breath awareness, hands-on adjustment, eclectic music, and a dollop of some teachings from the Indian Hatha Yoga and Tibetan Buddhist traditions – the plan is to ride the wave of breath into some sweaty yogic bliss. Conquering Lion Yoga maintains that the goal of Yoga is to reach Enlightenment for the sake of every living being. We accomplish this using the breath, the body and the mind together, in asana and meditation. Expect to sweat in the name of love!
Jr & High School Yoga-Increase mind and body awareness, increase strenth and flexibility. Decrease the stesses that come with school and teen years. A fun, laid back, all levels class. Have your school id!

Yogi Seedlings- Ages 2.5-4 A fun introduction to yoga through story, games, songs, and artwork, for preschool-aged children and their parents.
Yogi Kids- Ages 5-11 An exploration in yoga poses and gentle breathwork using stories, songs, games, and art.
