New Students
Please arrive early for your class. This will allow you to have time to check-in, fill out a short waiver, and get your self comfortable before class begins. We value your time, and strive to start and finish class on time.
It is best to practice Yoga on a mostly empty belly and in comfortable clothing. We have everything you need here. (Prop use is free, with the exception of lil hot power yoga- $2 mat rental)
And our shop carries Yoga mats, clothing and other props if you decide to purchase your own.
Our on-line schedule shows what level each classes are geared towards. A brand new beginner should start at level 1. All levels classes can be great for someone that really can listen to their body, and listen to the instructor to take the modifications that are being offered.
