PRIVACY POLICY:
We only collect information needed for you to register on our site. Your name and email address will allow you to log-in to see your account.
The information is kept safe and secure. No one else can log-in to your account.
Credit card information is taken to make a purchase of a punch card or workshop reservation. All information is on a safe and secure site.
Your infomation is not sold traded or transfered to any other organization or individual.
Your email address will be used to receive our newsletter, 1x a month with the new schedule. Occassionaly 2x a month. You can choose to opt-out of the newsletter when it comes.
We seek to protect the integrity of our site and keeping your information private.
REFUND POLICY:
Merchandise can be returned, with tags on and a receipt up to 30 days after purchse.
Classes and punch cards are non-refundable.
CLASS CARDS:
5 class cards have a 3 month expiration date, which begins upon the first class used on the card. !0 class cards have a 5 month expiration date, which begins upon the first class used on the card. Monthly memberships are valid from the first day used, for 30 days. Monthly memberships have a maximum of 16 classes.
WORKSHOP POLICIES:
We recommend that you pre-register for a workshop to save your space...and to ensure the amount of participants to allow the workshop to take place.
In the event that we need to cancel an event or workshop, we refund your deposit.
For cancellations at least two weeks prior to the start of the event, the student can request store credit for the amount paid less the any applicable deposit amount for the program. .
For cancellations less that two weeks prior to the start of the event, the student may request store credit for the amount paid less any deposit amount and a 20% change fee. This fee allows us to manage the fees involved with processing funds administratively through our own offices and the credit card or banking fees associated with producing credits on any level.
- For cancellations 48 hours or less before an event, no refunds or credits are possible.
Store credit can be used towards purchases in the boutique, yoga classes, events and teacher trainings.
