I am passionate about helping others and empowering them along their life long journey. My goal is to customize your massage to fit your needs. I graduated from The Boulder College of Massage Therapy, and I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor. I believe our bodies are designed to heal themselves and with the help of massage therapy, wellness can be achieved. The power of touch brings so many healing qualities, it is an opportunity to step away from the everyday rush around and gain moments of self realization, replenishment and well being. My sessions focus on promoting healing and relaxation. I work using an Integrative style of massage that brings balance to mind body and spirit.
My techniques are based on Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, Orthopedic and Thai massage. I also incorporate energy work into my sessions using Vibrational Medicine techniques, and Reiki. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to Bodywork is Integrative, drawing from the modalities of Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Techniques, Swedish, Visceral Manipulation, Polarity Therapy, Temple Style Lomi Lomi and Pre & Peri-Natal Massage. As a graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT), I have over 1,000 hours of practical and academic training. In addition, I also had over eighty hours o felectives and an extensive amount of time in the community providing service and internships. My strength as being a healer is offering a non-judgmental, safe, and open space to provide a container to assist with anyone's healing path and process where healing can occur physically,emotionally, and spiritually.
I am an Integrative, Intuitive Therapist. The techniques I use are Swedish, Deep Tissue,Pre Natal/Post Partum, Hot Stone, Energy Work, Comfort Touch for the elderly and cancer patients, and Young Living Essential Oils. Being experienced in my own growth through life’s lessons and opening my own heart center, I am able to provide solid ground as well as a spacious container where healing is able to surface, expand, and transform.
